Biography

Dr. Lynn McMullin obtained a Bachelor of Animal Science with honors from the Nova Scotia Agricultural College in 2000,  she then completed a Masters in Veterinary Behaviour from the Atlantic Veterinary College in 2002 (Behavioural and Physiological Changes of Ovariohysterectomizing Bitches), and then went on to obtain her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Atlantic Veterinary College in 2006. Dr. McMullin completed her course in veterinary acupuncture from the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society in 2008,  and continues to pursue education in acupuncture and integrative medicine.

Maritime Veterinary Holistic Services provides  consultations and holistic veterinary services to Prince Edward Island and beyond.  We pride ourselves on exceptional preventative care advice for your pets and treatments that are mild,  natural,  and effective. We believe an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure and are dedicated to providing quality education to our clients on how to prevent problems before they begin.

Our service can only sees patients who already have a primary veterinary care provider. Animals will be referred back to their primary veterinarian for any routine procedures such as vaccinations, blood work, surgery, anesthesia, ultrasound, x-rays, electrocardiograms, and other in-hospital procedures.
